Head Coach Lee Elias: Lee steps in for his second
year of coaching at the college level. Just a few years out of college himself, Lee leads the Redhawks with a bunch
of playing experience and knowledge. He will look to get the Redhawks back to the Super East Playoffs and through the
Regional Playoffs to Nationals.
Assistant Coach Joe Balance: Joe also is stepping
in for his second year of coaching and hopes to build chemistry with Lee to put together a top-contending team. Joe
was a goalie for Montclair State just a few years prior and brings knowledge of the game from a different angle.
Assistant Coach Adam Elsayed: Adam owns his
own pro shop in Union and is helping the team with all their equipment needs as well as a positive motivator. He brings
some comedy to the team, allowing the boys to have some fun while taking hockey seriously. He is a perfect fit between
Lee and Joe.
